What is the Urban Arts Preschool?

We offer a five day a week arts intenisive program for children ages 3-5 years.  Students may attend one or all the days, morning, afternoon, or all day.  Students must be toilet trained and they are to bring a peanut free lunch each day.

To bring neighborhood people together from diverse cultures by providing creative experiences in the arts with children and families to develop the gifts of self-expression and community

What is important to us?

Your kids!!! We offer a place where each child is the focus. We hire professional artists and teachers who respect the creativity and diversity of each of child. We build sculptures, work in clay, learn Spanish, bang drums, dance to music and most of all, have a great deal of fun.

What do we do in Preschool Arts

We explore the world of arts expression and use art to build literacy, math and kindergarten readiness skills.

We will learn to recognize and create patterns, improve memory and concentration skills and increase reading readiness.

The on-site gym and surrounding green spaces are used to ensure lots of large muscle time to move our bodies each day.

We offer small class sizes in a warm nurturing environment that puts the kids needs first.
