Super Real Estate Agent!™

In 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009, Jonathan Lindstrom was named one of the Twin Cities “Super Real Estate Agents” by the Twin Cities Business Monthly and the Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine. To achieve the designation, Jonathan was chosen according to the criteria based on six criteria including: integrity, knowledge, communication skills, closing preparation, professionalism and overall customer satisfaction.   Each year the Super Real Estate Agents represent less than 3% of Minnesota’s licensed Realtors and fewer than 6% in the Twin Cities Area.  Each agent is selected based on strong recommendations from recent homebuyers and sellers, lenders and title companies who worked with the agent. Agents were checked for disciplinary actions and then screened by a panel of real estate industry experts.      Perhaps not surprisingly, more than half of all of the nominators of the Super Agents indicated that personal integrity was the number one attribute they looked for in selecting an agent.
