Home Evaluation

A home evaluation is a report that is prepared by a REALTOR® who compares your property to similar properties on the market. Included in the report will be homes currently active on the Arizona Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and possibly For Sale By Owner (FSBO) and homes recently sold through the MLS. It is NOT an appraisal. It is a broker price opinion or an estimate of value based on features, the condition of your home compared to other homes in your area and the current state of the economy.
