If you are interested in buying homes straight from the lenders in bulk we can also help with this.  We have contacts with most of the large lenders to include Wells Fargo.  One lender has sent us 270 foreclosed properties in Minnesota for sale.  Depending on the property you can buy these homes for 40-60 cents on the dollar.  The amount needed to invest varies from lender to lender.  It can be as low as $50,000 and as high as $5,000,000.
