Early last year a very good friend and I were looking to purchase our very first home. Blake & I want to thank you so much for all of the work you did as our real estate agent. You were always there when we had a question or a problem. We felt bad calling you as often as we did, but you were always happy to help. We don't think there was a time when you did not answer our phone calls. We never had to leave a voicemail message. You answered our emails promptly and professionally as well. You did everything possible to get us on our property for Memorial weekend and that took a lot of extra time on your part. You made us feel comfortable with the decisions we made, yet you were honest if our decision was not the best. You explained everything so we understood what we were doing.
Even though you didn't want us to hear about it, we know you had some conflicts to deal with. We know you tried to hide it from us, because you didn't want us to feel bad. We also didn't need to know it was happening. Someone else told us about the conflict. You knew we would feel bad and you wanted us to enjoy our new place without any hurt feelings. You were right. Others who worked with you on the conflict told us what you did and how you handled it in the best way possible. You were direct, honest and supported us (your clients) 110%. We know you did a lot of work behind the scenes, yet you never complained and always had a positive attitude.
