Alisha's Seller Tips

The Real Estate Market have been fairly stable for the last 5-6 years and fairly predictable.  However, since the later part of the year 2006, the market has been slower.  It is very important that the sellers and agents are updated on a monthly basis.  I have seen months with buyers buying and with sellers getting multiple offers in this market.  However, at the same time, there are just properties with not much activity.

In this kind of changing market, there is no room for making errors.  Attached articles are designated to help the sellers understand what it takes to get your home sold.  However, remember this market is a fast changing one, please contact me to give you an update when you are ready to sell.
