I am an asset manager at Nationstar Mortgage and I have worked with Alisha Chen over a year and a half. Alisha knows how to handle all aspects of a REO Listing, from evictions all the way through closing and I consider my top agent in the greater Los Angeles area. She has excellend knowledge of her markets and provides solid valuations. With a contractor background, she is able to give accurate projections of repairs needed and can work with contrators to ensure taht reasonable repair bids are obtained. Alisha effectively markets and sells homes for top dollar and is in constant contact with the buyer's agent, lender and escrow company and does everything in her power to make sure the closing date is met.
