If you do not know the version of Outlook you are using, please follow these instructions to find out.
Open Outlook/Outlook Express - It is normally located in your Start Menu under Programs.
Once in the program, click on the "help" menu on the top, and then click on the "about" option.
The first line in this new box should have the version number in it.
